Rare VTG 1970’s Jody T Black Corduroy Mini Dress Prairie Hippie Boho Plaid Trim

I love these dresses! Rare vintage Jody T of California black mini dress. Small wale corduroy fabric that feels like all or mostly cotton. Prairie style dress has a square neckline with a wide border trim of red, green, black, yellow, white and blue plaid and then a delicate ecru lace. The waist has vertical seaming in front then pleats down from the seams. It ties in back with attached belt. Long sleeves have same plaid and lace trim at cuffs with single button. Full skirt and then more of the trim at hem. Dress zips up in back. Excellent condition! I’m guessing this to be an XS-S; see measurements below.
