 Beautiful wiggle pattern Cami has straps and an adjustable bow tie at bust. The fabric is this pleated polyester that Miss Zandra Rhodes is famous for! Wonderful fun print has fuchsia squiggles on bright yellow background. 

 Vintage garment - tap pants has some loose stitching that holds the elastic band ( see photos)
