Rare Vintage 70s Shift Dress - Shifts Internationale

Super one-of-a-kind vintage shift dress! Brand is Shifts Internationale. Funky and fun red and white bubble pattern on the outside, with squiggle pattern detail on the collar and sleeves. Has matching red buttons all the way down. There are leg slits on each side of the dress. Beautiful condition! No rips, tears, or stains. Only slight discoloration on the inside of the underarms (shown in pictures) which do not show through the outside of the dress. There are two strings as belt loops, and one is detached (also shown).
