Incredibly Rare Betsey Johnson Velvet Tattoo Dress Hard to find and usually priced high! The print is designed by a famous 90s era tattoo artist, Frankie, and was featured in a full collection with similar tattoo motifs (there was a matching coat and cardigan included in the collection too, could be a fun hunt!) sellling because it’s too small for me :( lots of stretch around the body but the chest area is pretty fixed/no stretch.
