Rare Vintage Gold tone washed Gripoix style clamper bracelet costume jewelry

About this unmarked clamper bracelet is a beauty and a head scratcher. after a year of research and pictures sent as far away as Paris, the general opinion is that it was well made and could be a Reinad, many pieces were one of a kind and were furnished for runway shows. Reinad was a costume jewelry designer who notoriously knocked off channel and took channel's name for one season in 1941. they had to revert back to Reinad Novelty after being pressured by house of channel in France. it's a beautiful piece and always a conversation starter. Gripoix Paris has looked at it and it is not one of their pieces, even though the stones are all glass. Fanciful clamp bracelet. Opening is 2.25" x 2". 1.25" high.
