Rare Vintage "Natalie Green" by Bert Newman Chocolate Brown Velveteen Cape

Circa 1970s, maybe late 60s, chocolate brown velveteen (feels cotton not silk rayon), lined in rust. Fitted shoulders, shawl collar, arm slits and Inside Pockets big enough for a phone! Needs a good steam but in very good condition. Vintage label says " Natalie Green by Bert Newman". Size M/L?
