Rare Vintage Saisa Red Womens Dress. This dress has sewn on decorative silver items. The top part of this dress is a button down also with silver buttons.  It is slightly ruched at the waistline. There are also built in shoulder pads on both shoulders. There are buttons on the bottom of the sleeves The length of the dress from the neck to the bottom hem of the dress is 50 inches. The length of the sleeve is 23 inches.
