Rare vintage Shrine of Hollywood Black Corset Dress. No fabric tag, but my best guess is that the top is PVC/Vinyl. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Hook and eye closures down the top. Mesh fabric insert on the back of the top, which gives the top some stretch. In front, the skirt has a loop of fabric hanging down from the waist (not sure what else to call this) over two layers of asymmetrical mesh fabric over a two layer tulle underskirt. In back, there is a long piece of fabric hanging from both sides (like a sash that isn't tied) over 2 layers of asymmetrical mesh fabric over the tulle underskirt. In very good vintage cond., w/ these issues: on the top layer of the tulle underskirt, there are 2 repairs as well as 2 small holes-photos 9 & 10. There are also some small holes on the bottom layer of the underskirt (photo 11). Elsewhere, there are a few small areas where some of the sewing has either come out or is starting to come out (photos 12 & 13). Marked size Small, but the below approx flat lay msmts indicate that this would best fit an XS. Please compare them to a dress that fits you well to ensure proper fit. Chest from pit to pit: 15.25” flat; can stretch to approximately 17" Waist: just under 12” flat; can stretch to approximately 12.75” Length of bodice only (not including straps): 13” Hips (measured on the tulle underlayer): 22” Length: 42.75” from the top of the strap to to the hem of the tulle underlayer
