Rare Vintage Sir James Mens Blue Polyester Leisure Long Sleeve Shirt Disco 70's Vintage 70's button-down long sleeve shirt jacket with with a large pointed collar. Fabric feels like polyester. Shirt is navy blue with white double stitch contrast stitching. The buttons are navy blue and circular. There are a total of 6 slit pockets on the left and right chest, 3 on each side.
