Rare Vintage sheer zebra print peplum button down

Item type: vintage preloved/ vintage used Size: no tags but fits a small (which is my size) This has shoulder pads. This item is a very cute vintage piece, with black and white colored zebra patterns. It has intricate buttons. The bottom part of this blouse is peplum style, or however you describe that. Small snags, which are not noticeable at all not unless you zoom in. Great for work! Reasonable prices accepted. Smoke free and pet free home.
