Rare Vintage silk cotton Swiss dot blouse jacket Forever 21 M L

Rare vintage blouse from forever 21 purchased circa 2005. Kept in mint condition in my closet after maybe wearing twice years ago. 60% silk/ 40% cotton cream colored Swiss for with black accents as shown in photos. I’m size S and enjoyed wearing it oversize but the tag says L Measures: 21.5” long 19” across just under arms (chest) Wear open over a tank or buttoned I’ve held onto it so long bc it’s special
