Rare One-of-a-kind Velvety, Silk outer lay with lace accents, large elastic prominent waistband accentuating your natural curves / & slimming waistline. Multi-layered ballon skirt giving it that vintage flare w/ a bit of 90’s Rave mixed in. So many details going on in this beauty. Must see in person for full appreciation of craftsmanship and detail by Designer BeauBois. Most likely late Vibta/Y2K era. Size tag has been cut out but going off modern US standards of measure I would say close to a small to medium. Please check measurements to ensure a good fit :).
