Rare Vtg 1960s Multi Strand Faux Pearl Rhinestone Cascade Necklace

Gorgeous, Dramatic and Rare 1960’s necklace. Simulated hand knotted off white pearls, described as inspired by the east (see pic). Four ropes go around the neck. They are held by a lovely silver tone paisley shaped clasp, set with round and baguette rhinestones that locks with a slide clasp. Twelve strand drop of angled pearls in varied lengths hang from the bottom and end with silver tone filigree caps and tear drop shaped pearls. Necklace is 20” long closed. Neck strands are 2.5” wide laid flat. Bottom strands are 4” wide laid flat. Clasp is 3/4” long x 2.3/4” wide. Although unsigned necklace is thought to be Valjean from 1966. In Excellent Condition
