Rare Vtg 60's 70's Asian Cosmetic Bag Pouch Purse

Vtg Asian style pouch bag purse from the 60's 70's. It is a teal blue with pink and goldish accents I am not sure what the material is. The lining is somewhat shredded and torn as shown in photos, but does not affect the outside. It is slightly pilling on the outside, but still would work great as a cosmetic or travel bag/pouch. Approximately 5" across when laid flat with a depth of 1.5"
