This White Smocked Heirloom Dress by Feltman Brothers is Super Sweet! This design is a RARE FIND- no longer in production! The traditional style dress has a Peter Pan collar with a matching trim that is hand-sewn with faggoted stitching (very high-end feature). The short puffed sleeves have a matching band that is also hand-sewn with faggoted stitching. The entire bodice is smocked with Lattice, Accordion, Chevron and Honeycomb rows, all done in white embroidery. Sweet little white floral bullion rosebuds are hand sewn on top of the lattice embroidery. The back has an upper button back. Perfect for Flower Girls, Portraits or other Special Occasions.
