Has light surface flaw as seen in photos and video but was never applied to face. Sold as is. IYKYK.. SKINMARKET was easily the coolest small makeup company/store that gained popularity in the late 90s. It was my first job in the beauty industry and was way ahead of its time with wild, fun, funky colors, glitter everything, cute accessories, even a couch where you could chill and paint your nails and watch music videos! Sadly they went bankrupt in the early 00s.
