does it fit baggy around the waistline? Seems it would but I want it to be a bit more fitted and I usually wear a medium.

@cheryquince Hi, there is meant to be room in the waist but because there are buttons, so it doesn't look baggy, just draped. I don't think you want it to be very fitted at the waist because it will ruin the silhouette of the dress and it doesn't stretch. I would order your normal size in Zara.
