Rare designer Jeanne Lanvin Paris statement necklace

Jeanne Lanvin (1867-1946) has been called the "forgotten designer" but had a huge influence on the Paris fashion scene as well as the designers that followed. There is some interesting info about her online. The company was primarily clothing, hats and perfume but did make some jewelry. There is a website for the Lanvin brand with amazing pieces. 28" long substantial gold tone chain with the pendant being 2.5". The metal hangtag with "JL" back to back is attached. The pendant is marked Lanvin Paris. It has some light wear to the pendant from years of being loved. It looks better in person as the pendant reflects everything in the background. The necklace was created in about 1972. I found one other example online in same condition.
