Rare editions vintage polyester and velvet dress

Calling all valentines dress seekers! This one is awesome. Beautiful materials, wonderful condition. Velvet and a floral arrangement around the waist 😻 It seems to be a size 2 though there aren’t any actual size tags apart from the brand. My oldest who is tall wore when she was 2 for a Valentine’s Day party at school and also once in a school play.
