Rare estate 14k gold and sapphire ring with sapphires - 5 in one stacked design

* Ring Size: 4-5 - very small! (see notes below) * Metal Type: 14k Yellow Gold * 9 natural sapphires, dark blue, roughly 3.5mm each - equivalent to 0.15ct diamond * Production date - circa 1950s This is a beautiful and very rare vintage/estate "five in one" style ring showcasing 9 dark blue natural sapphires (appx 3mm each) set in 14k gold, hallmarked 14k. This was probably produced in the 1950s. Selling from my personal collection to fund house improvements and repairs. When worn, this ring gives the impression of five stacked delicate yellow gold bands. The five bands are connected in the back with a bar. Part of why I'm selling this that the finger I used to wear this ring on swelled up after wrist surgery about 7 years ago and my finger never went back down to its original size. Otherwise I wouldn't be letting this one go! Please be AWARE that due to the nature of the ring's wide shank, this ring is not easily resizable. If wearing a size 5 in a single band is already on the tight side, reconsider, because the band is so wide, it will actually fit more like a 4 or 4.5.
