@tysonscorner Hi, thanks for your feedback. Let me explain. Photo #9 from our side shows the hologram serial # as 3785007, a 3 series. Pls zoom in to see this info. This is not the same number with the authentication card. These numbers have to match per item, so I thought possibly there’s a mistake (maybe the cards got mixed up with another Chanel item. Hopefully, this helps. This is also what Kate is saying as well.
