Rare funky TEXAS jean shorts S waist 28

By Charlotte Francois Couture Might be one of a kind. The waist band, front, & back pockets are a clear vinyl over fabric. White satin piping , silver grommets and silver rivets that say "King of Kings" and white satin laces on the sides. The tag says Made in Vietnam and they must be designed in Europe or ? because the size tag says S and 38...but the waist measures 28. Very well made and appear to never have been worn. Inseam 2" . Length 9.5-10.5" Leg opening 10"
