Rare legatte jeans top/coat

Rare designer, Legatte Jeans similar to Save the Queen. Made in Italy. Fits like a size medium/Large. I wear a size small and this still doesn't look to big on me. Mesh and silk like blend with tribal design. Only buttons at the neck.
