Rare vintage Snap-on racing jacket

Vintage Snap-on jacket with a collar, has logo on the front, back, shoulders, and sleeves. American flag on the back and snap on racing, has two pockets on the outside and one on the inside, very warm and buttons up. Has two small black stains on the back of the left sleeve (picture 3).
