goldentrender @bkrivatsy Hi, it is the same material as the base of the shoe. It has a slight padding on top. I am actually out of town this weekend, so when I get home tomorrow night I’ll actually take a closer at the shoe. These are vintage, so it may not have the exact description of the material used for the base listed on the shoe… But I will definitely check when I get home tomorrow and let you know.

goldentrender @bkrivatsy Hi, so I took a closer look at the shoe they are unique vintage piece. I can’t be absolutely sure about the bottom, but it appears to be a faux wood. However, the upper portion is genuine leather. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you
