Rarely worn! Unique Vintage circle skirt, pink & white polka dot, size L

Rarely worn pink tea-length circle skirt from Unique Vintage! Material feels thick & sturdy, but has A LOT of stretch. Tags say Size L is for size 10-12, but honestly I would size this up to a 14 with the stretch. And it has POCKETS!
