Rare vintage HOBE’ goldstone opal huge 2.25” pendant necklace faux sapphire ruby

Very rare mid century Hobe’ necklace in an Asian style, I have seen similar in jade and tiger eye, but never in goldstone, it’s stunning with unmarked gold color metal , braided trim, the motif on the front is a pair of birds with real opal bodies, faux sapphire and rubies. The necklace is in excellent condition, it was a showroom sample tucked away for decades, never used. Not signed, but iconic Hobe’ of this era.
