New with tags royal bright blue swim leggings rash guard. These are labeled a small but I would say they could fit an xs as well like a size 2. Look at size chart. Tried on but never worn. i loved them but i need a bigger size. There is some stretch. SPF 50. They are not wetsuit material. They are more like rash guard material.
