Raul Blanco VTG 80s Lined Dress Polka Dots Sz 12

Vintage 1980’s one of a kind dramatic coat dress by Raul Blanco has a bold black dot pattern on a creamy white background. Dress is collared with double breasted buttons and short gathered sleeves. It has a flirty full circle flamenco style dropped waist. Made of heavy weight cotton, fully lined.
