very soft fabric. stretchy and flowy ruffled sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulder. denim blue color. smocked top. a-line fit. two side slits. one side had to be stitched for a repair (see photos). I did re-hem the bottom of this dress to keep it from dragging on the floor
