Rayon Velvet Skirt with Metallic Silver Embroidery

Softly draping skirt with silver metallic embroidery and silver sequins. Wide waistband is covered with embroidery. Side zipper. Slightly asymmetrical hemline is due to the fact that the garment is cut on the bias and has slightly stretched over time. Since the entire hem is embroidered, it is best worn as asymmetrical; it actually suits the style perfectly. Unlined; made from two skirt panels and the yoke/waistband. It is difficult to date; from the label I would guess a 1980s manufacture date.
