Re:Named Women's Chambray Jumper with Flare Legs and Cutout Back

This is a beautiful lightweight chambray jumper in a light blue denim color. It has never been worn. It is a size large, but full disclosure, I am a size 10 and it does not fit me. It is probably more like a size 6 (looser) or 8 (snug fit). I wish it fit me! It has beautiful wide legs at ankle length, and the cutout back is so pretty tied with a bow! There are a couple places where there are some loose threads (see picture). It came like that from the manufacturer, not sure if maybe it's by design?
