theclotheshound @julieblues You’re entitled to your opinion, but there’s absolutely nothing rude about stating reasonable expectations to buyers. Countless other closets contain signs discouraging those who send ludicrously low offers (called Lowballing). Get a sense of humor. 😉

cgoldburg Here’s the thing, there’s two types of sellers. The people who this is a business for and the people who just want to get rid of stuff their not using. I am the former and lowball offers piss me off to no end but even though this is funny, I think it may turn off some buyers. But truly appreciate the laugh 😂
