Read Surplice dress

This dress is very in style right now. It’s hardly been worn because it didn’t fit me. And in great condition. The zipper in the back is fully functional. And there’s strings inside to keep it on the hanger. The tag says 10 but I sometimes wear a size 10, even an 8 consistently and this does not fit me. I believe it has been missized I would say it’s a size 6 maybe even a 4.
