Blot the oil with a paper towel. Squirt dishwashing liquid on the oil, and use an old toothbrush to gently scrub the stain. You can rinse out in the sink with warm water, and repeat if you want to make sure you scrubbed the spot fully. Rinse again, then wash and dry as normal. If dishwashing liquid cleans your greasy pots, it can clean the greasy stain.
