Pleats around inner collar by vintage tag. It’s VERY SOFT! I believe it may be fox or rabbit fur that has been dyed. All proceeds will go to my brother who has a rare kidney disease, needs another kidney transplant, has health issues & can no longer work, and struggles financially.
