Real Leather Collar Navy Swing Dress

This dress is made by Anna Catherine. It is brand new; never worn. The dress features a real black leather harness-like collar. Extending from the leather is an extremely soft dark navy blue pleated fabric. The pleats hang elegantly vertically. The dress is knee length and flows and moves with you. The back is slightly longer than the front. The dress is double layered; as pictured. This can be belted and made shorter; or worn as seen here it is very cool, modern, and comfortable.
