does this stretch? can you measure the inside diameter?

@sheldonpowell hello. yes this has a good amount of stretch, at least 2-3 inches. it measures about 10 inches across laying flat, i added a picture. the diameter was a little hard to measure, but it’s about 7 inches give or take. hope this helps! let me know if you have any other questions.

@merihd hello. It’s like a mix of the two. In bright lighting it looks brown, while in dim lighting it can look dark brown to black.
