Real Wood, One-Piece Tree Root

Fabulously detailed one-piece real wood tree root. It was found 65 years ago from ‘down yunder’ in lower Alabama. I would bet it’s, at least, 100 years old. It’s sun-bleached gray (same as driftwood color) hardwood. I’m not sure what type of wood it is (probably, Cypress, as this is native to that area, and resembles Cypress roots). Large, one of a kind root. Heavy, hardwood, thick in areas and solid, throughout. Has gone through hurricanes in lower AL, and made it through extreme, arid, hot and freezing conditions in north Texas. This root is a very cool piece of wood, but I am downsizing, so, it’s time for it to be someone else’s treasure. Can be hung on the porch/patio, hung from a fence post, or propped up, easily. I’ve, also, used it indoors, for orchids, moss and vines. I’ve had it in all of my back yards (it has moved with us for, almost, 20 years).
