Real crystal necklace with sterling silver

Beautiful raw crystals fall around neck Sterling silver chain and clasp I’m not sure what the center piece is made of. It feels like a stone. I’ve worn this piece, so it’s not new, but crystals never wear out. This comes from a happy home with good vibes 😁 I paid $158 at a boutique 2 crystals have dark spots but they have always been there. See first pic. It doesn’t always show. The silver will need to be polished. It’s getting dark Approximately 16”
