Real fur coat

This is a real fur coat but the leather or whatever the material is that the fur is attached to is destroyed. You can see the fur layer can be pealed off. I am hoping someone will see this as a potential craft project. The fur could probably be repurposed into a purse or vest for someone with the right skill set. No size listed on jacket. Looks like a size small.
