This is in mint condition. Buttons all the way down (12) present. Bottom button missing but not needed. Bust: 23". Attached straps that ties: 36" each side. I double wrapped and tied. Sleeveless. Shoulder: 4.5". Arm holes: 9". Bottom wide : 28" v neck in front: 9" down. No tag for materials but guessing polyester. Top of shoulder to bottom: 45" long.
