Hi! Does this fit true to size? Or loose? I typically wear a size 8. And what is the texture of the top? Smooth or stiff?

@immelissalee I would say the arms are a little snug for a medium imo, the material is flowy though so the body is pretty true to size. It’s not a stretchy material though.
