emory1975 @lotzmannjm don't know..probably nada..since you can report non compliant closets and some are still there months later. I just block people who lowball me.

lotzmannjm haha yeah that's my thought too! I've seen so many things like house items and baby formula always there. I emailed them about one of the rudest people I've come across in 3 years because I know reporting does nothing. They told me that their actions can't always been seen by the public.

lotzmannjm I emailed them this afternoon about a girl who almost all of her listings say better price on another site (ehem the one with no fees). Super annoying and something they should actually be paying the most attention to!!! That and fakes!!!!

afisler Well it's great no matter who made it. I sadly haven't made any sales on posh yet. But I've made a ton of sales on vinted and had to deal with lowball offers and also people asking to swap when I say no swap on the listing.

viva_couture I sell and buy and find it rude when you ask the seller a simple question example "is this item still available?"and they reply back with "NO!" The exclamation mark at the end of their sentence, with attitudes like this they will never get a sale.

emory1975 @viva_couture I totally agree...if an item is not available mark it as such..I hate when you ask a question about measurements or the like then no response from the sellers. I guess you don't want a sale.

But now I'm so much better I even have items to add on to my closet. So this gives me an idea of what I will be receiving besides the 20%. emory1975 @mamag83 couldn't agree more!! I hate when you mark down an item and get a lowball offer on that item or you are having a sale and you say lowest price and still get a lowball offer. I get people want a bargain but I have to make some $$ too!

joliciel I’m a new posher, and had no idea what would be considered a low ball offer. Also, I often think that used items here are overpriced for, so I didn’t hesitate to offer 50%. It’s good to know how that might be viewed by sellers. It seems to me that any offer ought to be encouraged. It’s pretty simple just to say “that’s not an offer I can accept,” or make a counter offer. Just a thought from a newbie.

emory1975 @joliciel I know some sellers price high due to the lowball offer potential..what is great about the offer feature is that you can negotiate within that feature..pricing depends on the brand, condition, what was originally paid, etc...another reason sellers may price high is that posh takes 20% off the final price in fees on $15 or over and $2.95 flat fee on $15 and under sales. Just my view as an experienced seller. ☺️
