Rebecca Minkoff Betsy Velvet Rhinestone Studded Mini-Skirt

This "Betsy" rhinestone-covered velvet mini skirt by Rebecca Minkoff is made of 94% polyester and 6% spandex. It has a hidden zipper on the side and an internal hook at the top of the zipper to keep it fastened. It's in excellent used condition and I'd say pretty close to like-new condition. All the rhinestones are present. To me, the skirt looks like it has been barely if ever worn. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you.
