Rebecca Minkoff Blue Jemme Lace Dress. Tiered Lace dress with scallop hem, low back, tie at neck, exposed zipper up the back. Beautiful dress! I wore this once for my sister's bridal luncheon. Only flaw is the left shoulder where the strap and tie are pulling (pictured), but very minor and can easily be fixed. Size 0. Dry clean only.
