This is a beautiful and barely-worn Rebecca Minkoff dress that is perfect for spring, summer, or fall. I adore the ruffled collar and the covered buttons down the front. Unfortunately this lovely dress does not fit me and I was not able to return it within the returns window, but it is in like-new condition and is so pretty. I am hoping to find it a new home!
