Used condition, everything is perfect except the front flap is scuffed. Literally don’t know what I did. It has an organic shape as you can see from the sides which had been really helpful for carrying text books laptops and lunch. The convertible aspect is tough as the metal circles don’t always stay so it easily slips into satchel mode when it’s in your hand. It’s really great for commuting while looking chic and the latch is so secure 15x10x5
