I did carry this once or twice. it's just too big for me. it is a buttery soft leather thick leather. beautiful heavy brass hardware . it also has an attachable detachable shoulder strap. I hate to part with it it's just sitting in the closet. I will consider all reasonable offers. any questions just ask
