Is the wear from just scuffs? I’m wondering if navy shoe polish would cover it. That might sound strange but I keep my black bags looking new with black. Also, is there any peeling of the leather i.e. the edges or trim? (Still trying to put a bundle together;). Thank you

@strimmell from the what I can see yes and Im sure some leather conditioner and polish would definitely fix the minor scuffs. I would do it but don’t have the time or energy for something I rather part with.
